Answer these two questions: Will they continue to work if they don't get satisfaction from the job and second: do they have the option for other employment if they leave this job?

This supposes that, yes; a person must be predestinated but that the only reason we are is that God already forknew who would, and who would not believe... That non-seed CANNOT believe as they are inherently the children of the devil. That would make non-believers effectively robots (even whether they had a soul). If you think that's outlandish, consider: satan was the only of seven named arch-angels in the book of Enoch to not have "el" at the end of his name: LucifER, Micheal, Raphael, etc... Hmm...
