Because people haven't found them.
So many species haven't been classified due to the lack of funding to buy the equipment to research these organisms. Since the rainforest and the deep ocean are difficult places to reach, there are probably millions of undiscovered species that are out of reach to scientists. Economical slumps provide less money to be wasted on the discovery of new species.
Over one million species have been classified by Biologist.
Approximately 1.2 million species of animals have been officially recorded and classified by science. However, it is estimated that there may be millions more species that have yet to be discovered and classified.
Yes by species,kingdom,etc.............
No, not all organisms on Earth have been classified. There are many undiscovered species, particularly in unexplored regions like the deep sea or remote rainforests. New species are continuously being identified and classified by scientists.
There are 5,739 species of birds that are currently classified as passerines. However, there may be many more species that have not been named and classified by scientists because they live in remote areas.
No, there are millions of species on Earth. It is not yet known whether there are other species, on other planets in the Solar System. None is known so far, but too little has been investigated to be quite sure. No, there are millions of species on Earth. It is not yet known whether there are other species, on other planets in the Solar System. As of now, approximately 1.5 to 2 million species of life have been formally described and classified, but estimates suggest that there could be between 5 to 30 million species in total on Earth. This means that a significant portion, possibly over 80%, of species remain unnamed and unclassified. Therefore, it is not accurate to say that half of the species have been named; rather, a large majority is still unknown to science.
Without saying more specificaly , nearly all of the species known by man. Giving scientific name raises the value of the find, as it is considered as one of the most basic facts. (sorry for spelling mistakes and/or grammatical errors)
Markhor is a large species of wild goat that is found in Jammu Kashmir. This species has been classified as endangered.
there have been rivers for millions of years..... what do you think Canada is like?
It is not possible to counter a species. A species is a living thing that has been classified taxononomically. It can not be countered. It is also impossible to prevent something that has already happened. One can not prevent a species because it already is.
