No both did sin in the garden of Eden.
In the book of Genesis chapter 3 verse 16 states. That after both Adam and Eve sinned fell from Gods grace, God punished them Eves punishment was that she would have to bear children and t would be very painful for her.
If the question you are asking is "Where does it say in the Bible that Adam says I have sinned", the answer is: nowhere. The bible does not say that Adam said you have sinned. The Bible does state that "all have sinned and come short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23). According to the Bible, only the Lord has been born to this world without sin.
According to the book of Genesis, Cain was the first-born son of Adam and Eve. Genesis does not say whether they gave birth to any daughters.
Since the Bible doesn't tell us, its hard to say. It is most likely though
The first person to SAY it is God to Adam. The first person to SIN is Eve.
Oh, dude, you're really hitting me with the deep philosophical questions here. So, technically speaking, a transgression is like breaking a rule, and sin is like breaking a religious rule, right? So, I guess you could say Adam's fall was both a transgression and a sin, depending on who you ask. But hey, I'm just a comedian, not a theologian, so take my answer with a grain of salt... or maybe a whole shaker.

You could say that you deeply apologize for your transgression and hope that no bad feelings will come of it.
God made man special of all the animals. He made man in his own image. He wanted man to be like him. What went wrong? Adam sinned.
The Bible has much to say on this subject. It is "summarized," as it were, by James 1:15 - Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death. [NKJV]That is not what the bible say about sin: it says that All have sinned and come short of the glory of GOD Romans 3:23 and that is saying that once Adam sinned all that was born after him has sinned once they was born but the only person that didn't sin is Jesus Christ the son of God [KJV]
