because he didnt left
Answer:
If this is inquiring as to "why Jesus ascended into heaven"... there may be a number of answers that apply.
In some of His parables, Jesus made mention of His leaving [which many folks failed... and still fail, today] to pick up on.
"...He added and spake a parable, because He was nigh to Jerusalem, and because they thought that the Kingdom of God should immediately appear. He said therefore, A certain nobleman went to a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return. And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come." (Luke 19:11-13)
To just skim the surface of this parable... the "nobleman," of course, is "Christ." And the "far country" is "heaven." Such "parables" are "prophecies," which Jesus must FULFILL. He has indeed fulfilled part of it and "gone to the Far Country." But, He could never fulfill the "coming back" part of the prophecy, if He hadn't "left earth."
There are also His "ten servants" to consider, as to why Jesus left the earth.
This "number" isn't in keeping with Jesus' "twelve" apostles -- but He used the number "ten" in another parable of the "Ten Virgins." The number which lends itself better to represent ALL of His "faithful" who have "occupied" the earth since He left, because Jesus' parable spans the entire time He left, to the time of the "Nobleman's" return from the "Far Country."
From this aspect, Jesus' ascension into heaven creates a training ground for those He left "physically" alone on earth. A test of "faith" arises for His servants by Jesus' "physical absence"... and the advent of the "indwelling of the Holy Spirit."
A test that every one of His "servants" have been exercised and trained by down through the centuries since He left the earth.
These prophetic parables conclude with the "bridegroom's and nobleman's" return... whereupon there are "consequences" to be dealt with, as to how these servants and wedding guests fared in His absence. There are "rewards" to be handed out in accordance with the works they achieved [or failed to, as the case may be] while He was gone.
It's one thing to behave oneself in His "physical presence"... and quite another story "when the Master is away." In other words -- CAN WE BE TRUSTED TO HANDLE THE MASTER'S UNIVERSAL AFFAIRS -- FOR ALL ETERNITY?
So, Jesus' ascension into heaven creates a "training ground to build faith" for His servants, whom He tells to "Occupy till I come."
The word translated "occupy" doesn't mean to "plop down somewhere and wait." A better translation is "Trade" til He comes back. He's given each of His servants certain strengths and talents with which to work... to increase and improve himself in Godly character development... and to help, teach and edify others in their "trading" and handling of the Master's duties while He's gone.
Another reason for Jesus "leaving the earth" lies in the inherent prophecy of the "high priest" in the ancient sacrificial rites... who "entered into the Most Holy Place" once a year [symbolically went to heaven] to "intercede on behalf of the sins of the people directly to God." This prophecy, too, had to be fulfilled.
"Seeing then that we have a great High Priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession." (Heb.4:14)
Contrary to the teachings of some religions... we are to confess our sins directly to God through our "Great High Priest" in heaven, who sits at the right hand of the Father -- not through the intercession of "other men."
"For we have not an High Priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
"Let us therefore COME BOLDLY UNTO THE THRONE OF GRACE, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need." (verses 15-16)
Jesus' leaving earth established the necessity to maintain constant communication through prayer with the Source of our faith, hope and strength until the "Nobleman" returns with our salvation.
"...and unto them that LOOK FOR HIM shall He appear the second time without sin unto salvation." (Heb.9:28)
Ultimately, perhaps, Jesus' "leaving the earth" is for the sake of the "building and development of His servants' Faith, Trust, Character, Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding through His Word -- The Bible -- the Truth of which His Holy Spirit reveals to the humble, faithful servant's heart.
"...to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and TREMBLETH AT MY WORD." (Isa.66:2)
Jesus left the earth so that through His Holy Spirit... His servants might learn to grow, develop and stand on their own, AS ONE WITH HIM.
Jesus' disciples took strength from Him while He walked with them. But the development of their "faith" began when He left... and the Holy Spirit entered them... and "bold inner-strength" was born in them with Christ Living IN THEM.
"At that day ye shall know that I am in My Father, and ye in Me, and I in you." (John 14:20)
Jesus left the earth, that "faith" and "spiritual development" might flourish in His "occupying" servants.
He's coming back to "reward" them for whatever works of faith [or lack thereof] they accomplish in His absence. His servants are supposed to be "trading up" with their gifts and talents on behalf of their Master... to win others over to His Truth.
"For what is our Hope, our Joy, or the Crown in which we will glory in the presence of our Lord Jesus when He comes? IS IT NOT YOU? Indeed, YOU ARE OUR GLORY and JOY." (I Thess.2:19-20 NIV)
