Why is The Bible discriminating towards females?

Actually, The Bible is not sexist at all. When God created human beings, He made two "models"-one male, one female. In fact, God formed Eve out of a rib of Adam to insure the closest and most desirable relationship. Afterwards, God blessed both of them and gave them rule over the entire Earth. Lastly, God reflected upon His good work (Genesis 1:31):

27 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. 28 Then God blessed them, and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth."

Though many today might be convinced that the Bible is sexist, what they might fail to consider is that men and women were created to have different, but equal roles. Neither role is superior to the other. Each is unique and both are important.

The Bible in fact honors women. It does not disrespect, disregard, degrade, or enslave women. Rather, as Ephesians 5 demonstrates, it gives both men and women their special roles to insure they complete their mutual journey.
