The Muslim community is not the same as al-Qaeda. al-Qaeda is an extremist and violent group dedicated to the overthrow of moderate values. Just as most Christians would not want to be associated with extremist Christian groups, most Muslims would certainly not want to be associated with al-Qaeda.

Generally a Muslim elder is referred to as the Imam (Arabic meaning 'a leader' of a community, mosque, or country).
In Islam, a wish is called du'aa. At the end of a muslim's prayer we always make a du'aa. At the end of the wish (du'aa) you always say Ameen.
A Muslim spiritual leader is often called an Imam. Imams lead prayers, provide spiritual guidance, and may also hold leadership roles within a mosque or community.
There is no language called 'Muslim'. So, nothing called Muslim translation. You may specify Arabic, French, Italian ... translation but not Muslim translation.
