There is no record of Jesus crying in Gethsemane. Though The Bible says he cried many times while praying - Hebrews 5.7
Perhaps your question related to him sweating blood, in:
Luke 22.44. And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground.
This happened while he was praying, and because, as he said to Peter James and John who he took with him:
And saith unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrowful unto death: (Mark 14.34.)
And this was because he did not want to go to the cross, and asked his Heavenly Father if it could be avoided; thus:
And he said, Abba, Father, all things [are] possible unto thee; take away this cup from me: nevertheless not what I will, but what thou wilt. (Mark 14.36)
