Might Be That The Lord Has Interceeded. In Other Words He May Have Another Place For You To Worship Him. Right Path, Wrong Church And Pastor. LEAVE THERE AND YOU WILL FIND WHERE HE WANTS YOU TO BE !! You'd have to ask the pastor for the real answer. One possibility, though, is that he doesn't feel you have accepted Christ. Baptism doesn't save you; turning your life over to Christ does. Baptism is a command to believers; it's really only appropriate '''after''' you are a Christian, not before. Depends on the church. Some want you to take classes about their practices and beliefs before you are baptised. If they didn't give you a reason, the answer is pretty simple: find a new church.
I do not know why a Priest would not baptize a baby. This is unusual. Some pastors of churches do not believe a baby should be baptized because they have not reached the "age of accountability", but they will do a christening ritual in place of a baptism on babies.
it should be celebrated
she didn't refuse to keep the catholic religion she made the religion Even and protestants went to a different church to prayer.
faze
Catholic priests will refuse to marry anyone not belonging to their faith. A Protestant pastor will do the job.
Friends, Quakers, German Baptists (now called Church of the Brethren), and old order Dunkards all refuse to "swear" to God or "take oaths".
Perhaps the money is from an illegal source or there are regulations on how the money should be spent.
Paul Nixon has written: 'Finding Jesus on the Metro' -- subject(s): Pastoral theology 'I refuse to lead a dying church!' -- subject(s): Church renewal
You cannot be 'unconfirmed' but if you have not yet been confirmed you can just refuse to go through with the ceremony - nobody can force you!
That would be sad. I do not think the church would refuse a Christian burial for a suicide case of a Catholic. Only God can judge the mind of the victim.
Yes he can. He may deny Confirmation to a young person who does not attend Holy Mass regular, for example.
any kind, I think save Catholics who have mass instead of chapel, but I know no other word for a church building save 'church' so I could be wrong, and as far as I know Catholics refuse to pray in a protestant church but it doesn't hurt my feelings.
