They already did. You'll find the account in Matthew 4 and Luke 4.
God won.
They will have a brief confrontation again when Jesus returns... but that outcome, too, is prophesied in Revelation 20.
"...I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. and he laid hold on the Dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, and cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season." (Rev.20:1-3)
is god going to safe the world when god and Satan fight
God cast him out of heaven.
Answer There are no battles between God and Satan. No one has the power to fight with God. There was an incident of disobedience by Satan, when God asked the Angels and Satan to prostrate the first creation Adam, Satan refused to do so. This is what happened and it is recorded in the Holy Quran 20:16 and some other verses there was a first battle with God and Satan god kicked the devil out of heaven. Because e wanted to be more powerful than God he wanted to be better. Lucifer and 3thirds of the angles followed the devil to earth which are called his menions.
Satan DOES NOT sit near God. He dwells on earth as this moment that we speak and in future he will punished in hell.
It is interesting that God is generally perceived as omnipotent, which means that Satan would be helpless against anything that God chose to do to him. Yet, Christian tradition holds that Satan sought to overthrow God and rule in his place, but was defeated. Another widely held view is that Jesus will return to defeat Satan in the final apocalyptic battle, or armageddon. No one ever seems to notice an inconsistency here. The Jewish understanding of Satan is at least more rational. Far from being the devil, Satan is the loyal assistant of God, as we see in the Book of Job. Here, God twice sends Satan to test the righteousness of Job, first telling Satan to do as he chooses except hurt Job, then giving Satan permission to harm Job but not kill him. In this story, God and Satan are certainly not fighting! For more information on the Book of Job, please visit: http://christianity.answers.com/bible/the-book-of-job-explained
As the New Testament shows, some early Christians believed that the Principalities who lived in the lower heavens did indeed have total control of the earth. Satan, as their leader, was regarded as, for at least the time being, the Lord over earth. Modern Christians no longer believe this and say that God can intervene on earth as and when he wishes, so it is a matter of faith whether the early Christians or modern Christians are right. Or perhaps neither.
Satan is called the god of this age because he is allowed to have darkness around the earth and controls this age, but God will take control and banish him to Hell. God will take complete control in the end times.
the devil shall rise after the antichrist has controlled humans to fight with him. then all the 7 disasters of the apocolypse shall begin. most people shall die. then the devil shall rise to earth to fight, but then god shall send Jesus, on a white horse, with many angels to destroy Satan. they shall fight, and the devil shall lose, then god shall rule earth for 800 years, but soon the devil will come again, but shall just be sent to hell again. after the ruling of god, judgment day shall begin, and it doesn't look too good.
No, Satan is no god. He is a devil! Satan is not the God of the underworld he is more like the Lord of the underworld and he appears to have more control over the earth than any other entity. Satan is like the villain in a Spiderman or Batman movie, he is wreaking havoc and the hero is somehow absent or incompetent.
According to Bible, no. Satan is not acting under duress. Satan is disobeying God with each passing moment and he will be punished during the Earth's last days when God casts him and his followers into the fiery pit for eternity.
No he is not Satan he is the sun of God.
No god made the heavens and the earth in six days and on the seventh day he rested. He then created man and gave him the earth and all of it's abundance. Man in turn gave the earth to Satan when he did not follow God instructions in the garden of Eden. Satan became the ruler and principality of the air. It explains why there is famine, desolation, wars rumors of wars, sickness and disease, air pollution, poisoned waters, etc. And things will continue to get worst until the earth will come to an end. Then God will destroy Satan and create a new heaven and earth.
