Cheating on your girlfriend isn't really the main issue. People go to hell because they reject Jesus Christ. Jesus came to die for us on the cross, to pay the penalty for our sins, and to make a way so that we can become God's children. Before we come to God and receive Jesus as our Lord and Savior, we are separated from God. THAT is why people go to hell, because their sins separate them from God. Sex outside of marriage is a sin, so if you are having sex with your girlfriend and aren't married to her, it really doesn't matter if you cheat or not, you still can't go to Heaven unless you receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior, and He will then make you one of God's children. Then you can begin to live a life that is pleasing to God, which will mean, for one thing, no more sex outside of marriage. Jesus loves you so much, He came to make your life meaningful and to give you joy. Please ask Him into your heart today and begin a new life with Him.
