Yes, in Genesis chapter 1. Another, more primitive creation story in Genesis chapter 2 tells us that God could not make living things out of nothing. In this second creation account, God created man out of moist earth, then made animals, also out of moist earth. He created Eve out of a rib he took from Adam's side.
How can someone claim that God does exist when he does not know everything there is to know to rule out the possibility of God's non-existence??
The only time that something was spoken into existence was in the first chapter of Genesis. As God created everything he would speak and it was instantly created. There is no verse in the Bible that says we can do the same thing.
He spoke it into existence.
god created everything
Yes. In Genesis, it says that God created both Heaven and Earth, which means everything in Heaven and in Earth. Yes, He did create EVERYTHING.
If it can God can't do everything. If God can't ? Well then it can't do everything
As a hobby. If you had eternal existence, what would you be doing now!
God basically created everything. Did God create evil? yes. Did God create all the illness? Yes. Did God create heaven and hell? yes. who created God? no one he is the beginning and the last. Did he create Satan? yes he did... What i am trying to tell you is that yes god created everything he created good and evil to make as choose our path. No one is born winner or loser all we have to do is to choose. So God created everything....
It is to question the existence of God, to question authority, well basicslly question everything.
If you were the only thing and you could create whatever you wanted to what would you do?
Scentifically speaking: no, God doesn't exist and evolution is an entirely natural process.Religious-conservatively speaking: no, evolution isn't real. God made everything the way it is now.Religious-liberally/moderately speaking: yes, evolution is God's way of making his work happen.
There is no "statement that you are born knowing God." Simply, reason tells the human mind that there is Something/Someone Who is of greater intellect than we humans. We humans cannot create something from nothing. On the other hand, God can. Therefore, this thing, called natural reason, which every human possesses, tells us of God's existence. Yet, this means that though we know of God's existence, but we do not know God. Not unless we allow Him to speak to us and we ourselves search to find Him. So no one is born "knowing God," but through natural reason we know He exists. To deny His existence, no offense to all atheists, is really to deny the existence of everything around us.
