What kind of clothing is worn by the priest at the lords table?

It really does bother me to see flashy sneakers, shower sandals, ripped jeans and yes, even swimming trunks (you can see them through the alb) worn by servers. I wouldn't want to go overboard, but there does seem to be a need for some sort of dress code.
