2 Peter 3:8 - But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
This verse doesn't mean that one day on earth equals a thousand years in heaven, or that one day in heaven equals a thousand years on earth; it simply means that God does not regard time as man does, because He is not bound by it. Peter's statement was intended to encourage patience on the part of believers, many of whom thought that Jesus' Second Coming was imminent.
The Bible refers to things happening "quickly" that take hundreds, or even thousands of years to unfold by man's reckoning. For example:
Revelation 22:20 - He who testifies to these things says, "Surely I am coming quickly." Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
Nearly two thousand years have passed since that passage was written. That's a long time to men, but no more significant than a couple of days to God.
[Quotes from NKJV]
According to the Bible, Jehovah God created the Heaven and Earth. (Genesis 1:1) Jesus assisted Jehovah in this, having been involved with all things created after he himself was created by Jehovah. (Colossians 1:15-16) (New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures)
Many Christians believe that Jesus, after his resurrection and ascension, is seated at the right hand of God in heaven. This is based on passages in the Bible such as Mark 16:19 and Acts 1:9-11. The exact location of heaven is considered a mystery beyond human understanding.
Day One, my friend. Light was the first thing created. This is how it goes in Genesis 1:1-3 ;'In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without formform and void; and the darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moned upon the face of the waters. And God said, "Let there be light:"and there was light.'
Luke's Gospel and Acts of the Apostles were written by the same author, long assumed to be the apostle Luke. The Gospel was written first, with Acts apparently written after an interval, during which some of Luke's assumptions may have changed.Luke's Gospel ends when the risen Jesus last spoke to the disciples and was then taken bodily up into heaven on the evening of the day of his resurrection.Acts begins when the risen Jesus, who had remained on earth for forty days, seen by many, last spoke to the disciples and was then taken bodily up into heaven.
To this present day another 1978 years (33 Ad to the present) since He rose from the dead and is alive forevermore. Jesus returned to heaven where He was before the creation of the world about 40 days after His resurrection.

The theory of Divine Origins is a theory most Christians and Jews teach. This theory states that God, the Almighty being, created the earth out of nothing. This took seven days to complete. On Day 1 he created the earth and heaven. On Day 2 he created the light and the dark. On Day 3 he split heaven from earth. On Day 4 he gave the earth water. On Day 5 he created all the plants on earth. On Day 6 he created all the animals on earth. On Day 7 he was pleased with his work and decided to rest, marking the beginning of the Sabbath.

The "first" heaven is the breathable air within the earth's atmosphere where clouds are and birds fly. [Gen.1:20] The "second" heaven is outer space... the universe full of stars. [Gen.15:5] The "third" heaven is the location of the throne of God the Father that will one day descend onto the earth after it's re-made. [II Cor.12:1-4 & Rev.21:1-3]
