Christians are not prefect. Nobody is. As such, this is why a savior was needed. Christians are not perfect, but they are saved because of what Jesus did on the cross. Through the shedding of His blood, we are saved through faith in Him as our Lord and Savior. I'm sure other Christians can state this better than I.
Even after a Christian is saved, they are still not perfect and sin just like everybody else, but they are supposed to try not to just because God wouldn't want them to.
