Very different from today. It was a more stable temperature, allowing lush green plants to thrive even in today's arctic regions. It is proposed from The Bible, that there was a canopy of water which surrounded the earth. This served as keeping the temperature consistent warmed the earth more, serving as additional insulating, and blocking certain cosmic rays even more effectively than our atmosphere does today. There was no prevailing causes of disease These things accounts for why people lived so long, upwards of 900 years of age, and why following the flood and the loss of this protective water canopy, ages of people mentioned in the Bible steadily declined until they were by the time of Abraham, living approximately no longer than we do today. There wasn't even rain mentioned until the times of Noah's flood, when this water came down to earth, resulting in this flood. It sounds absurd to our modern sensibilities, but consider this. In Scientific American there was a small excerpt discussing how to send a craft into deeper space for a Mars Mission. One of the problems to overcome is how to protect the astronauts from prolonged radiation exposure, as there is a very strong radiation field between earth and Mars, or more, which the astronauts will have to pass through. There are a few options considered, none of which are considered practical for this time, due to weight. They are to have a shield of several feet thick of lead, the other is to have the craft of water surround by a shield of water to the depth of 6 feet, which is enough to block out the harmful radiation from the crew. Something to consider.
Before Noah's flood, it is believed that the earth had a different climate and landscape. The environment was likely warmer and more tropical, with different land and sea formations compared to today.

Possibly a flood
Noah escaped the big flood, that destroyed the earth.
The flood and time of Noah was several generations before Abraham and Isaac. Geneology from Adam can be seen in Luke 3.
Of course there was.
A:There is nothing in the Book of Genesis to suggest that demons walked the earth before Noah's Flood, so scripturally the answer would seem to be that they did not. At a practical level, demons do not exist, and science tells us there never was a great flood that covered the whole world. On two counts, that rules out demons walking the earth before the flood.
