Based on Bible text, yes. Adam and Eve saw God walking through the Garden of Eden, and neither one of them died.

Was Moses the last prophet to see God face to face?

According to the Bible, God never spoke with Moses "face to face." Moses was never allowed to look at God in the face, because to do so would kill him. He was able to glimpse the back of God once.

If God spoke to Moses face to face Exodus 33v11 then why did Moses not die Exodus 33v20?

God spoke to Moses numerous times. The verse you were talking about was when God said to Moses no-one is allowed to see me, and the people that do see me will perish. So the answer to your question is because Moses was told he could. The whole Bible truth answer: If you study from the Bible, God usually sent messages to the people by an angel or a human being prophet. This was done for many reasons, the least of which not being, that God would have instantly evaporated or destroyed any to whom he physically appeared to in person by His Holiness and His glory. Also if you study closely Gods interaction with Moses, many times He spoke audibly to Moses from behind a cloud, which covers the glory of God. God spoke to Moses from this cloud covering as protection to Moses. Without the cloud, Moses would have been incinerated instantly by the glory of God. So, Moses experienced God in person, in that God directly talked to Moses from behind this cloud cover, and Moses talked to God, but Moses never "directly" viewed God "face to face", but he did speak to Him "face to face" as in, he spoke to God "in person", not through an intermediary like a prophet, or angel or such sort, but first hand. That is the meaning of Moses speaking "face to face' with God.

What si god?

I have "SI GOD" as my vanity plate on my car and I get questions about it daily. Si is pronounced "see", so "si god" can mean "see god". That is, we need to be able to see God. Where? Everywhere! I work with worship media and I believe some people are visual learners and I help them to see God. Also, "si" is Spanish for "yes". So, "si god" can mean "yes, God!". We need to say yes to God daily. We need to follow our creator.

Can god be seen by th physical eye?

God cannot be seen by the physical eye. God cannot be found. God has to be realized. God is a power. It is like asking - can we see electricity with the eye? We can't see electricity but we can see the bulb glow because of electricity. We can see the motor turning because of electricity and we can realize there is electricity. So also, those who realize God experience God in all His manifestations. God is everywhere, in everything. Unfortunately, we are trying to find God in a statue, in a saint, in a temple, in a church. We must change our search. We must try to realize God, try to experience God, not try to find God, see God or touch God. God is a power that is within us, we are searching outside, how can we see God?

When Jacob wrestled with God what did he ask God to do before he left?

One answer:He did not. Rather, he wrestled with the angel that was sent by God. It happened at the banks of the Yabok stream (Genesis 32).God sent a mysterious messenger to wrestle with Jacob one night (Genesis 32:25). Tradition states that it was an angel in human form; the guardian angel of Esau (Rashi commentary, quoting the Midrash). The angel's task was to attempt to spiritually blind Jacob (K'li Yakar commentary, ibid), but Jacob prevailed (Genesis 32:26-29), and because of that, he was renamed Israel. At first the angel conferred the new name (Genesis 32:29), and later, God also did (Genesis 35:9-12). Note that the word Elohim, in the text, often refers to things other than God, such as judges (Exodus 21).Another answer:Isaac's son, Jacob was left alone and wrestled with an opponent all night until the break of day, when the man said he must leave (Genesis 32:24ff). Even though his leg was dislocated, Jacob refused to let his opponent go unless he blessed Jacob. That the 'man' was a god is amply demonstrated - Jacob asked for his blessing, he had the prerogative of changing Jacob's name, Jacob's new name was Israel (generally assumed to mean 'wrestled with God') and Jacob called the place Peniel ('the face of God') because he had seen God face to face. If the man who wrestled with Jacob was a god, then Jacob was also a god in a much earlier tradition behind this passage, as demonstrated by the fact that he was such an even match for his opponent. And if the opponent was a god, he was also a sun god - daybreak signalled the end of the contest, he had to leave Jacob before the sun could rise, then the sun rose upon Jacob. This is consistent with the ancient daily struggle in which the sun god defeats the moon god at dawn. The name of the place Jacob wrestled with God is right there in the text. It is Peniel.

What was the name that God called his Son in the bible?

Because no man can actually see God's face and live, Angels are therefore messengers of God - God speaks through the Angels. That being said, read St. Matthew 1:20-21 in the New Testament Blible and you shall find your answer.

Where in the Bible is it written Adam saw God's face?

Nowhere in the Bible does it state that Adam saw God's face, however, occasions are described where 'the man' and God would have had opportunities to see each other, face to face; e.g., at Man's creation. So, while not specifically written in the Bible, the fact that Adam saw God's face is highly likely. It is a fact that can be inferred, albeit not too adamantly, from information given in the Text.

People say that if they saw the face of God it would kill them but how can he have a face if he is invisible?

Answer:The limitations of the human eye doesn't determine the reality of something. We can't see gravity or the wind and they are real enough.Moses saw the Lord's "back parts," somehow (Gen.33:23). God became visible to his eye. The earth is called His "FOOTstool." Scripture speaks of the HAND of God. And we have the means through prayer, or the neglect thereof, to have God's FACE turn toward or away from us.Should God manifest Himself to the human eye, it would be like looking directly into the sun. No man may see God's face and live. Yet, we are created in God's image, after His likeness. We have all of God's corresponding body parts, including a face.Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the two tables of testimony with his face glowing FROM SEEING GOD's BACK PARTS! Trust Him... He has a face.
