make it a high rise building
"Stony places" refers to areas with a lot of rocks or stones on the ground. It can make the land difficult to work with or build on.
Lets start from the exodus. The children of Israel led by Moses built the first tabernacle. It was made for traveling. That is it could be put up and taken down quickly and during the 40 year trek in the wilderness this was done a lot of times. Then when the children of Israel entered the Promised Land the tabernacle went with them for a short period of time and then it was placed in Shiloh were it remained for many years until the Philistines destroyed it. Then for some years parts of the tabernacle (Furniture etc) was scattered in different places in Israel. Then later it was put together by David the King and brought to Jerusalem. David wanted to build a more permanent building or temple for the Lord, but David was a man of blood (war) and was not allowed to build the temple, but he was allowed to gather materials etc for the building of the temple. God had decided that Solomon, King Davids son was the suitable person to build the temple, and so he did.
Cities in Europe such as Venice, Genoa, and Pisa benefited economically from the Crusades due to increased trade and wealth acquired through their involvement in transporting crusaders and supplies to the Holy Land. In the Holy Land, cities like Jerusalem and Acre experienced short-term economic growth from the influx of pilgrims and military expenditures during the Crusades.
The explores discovered a sacred temple and were cursed.
Gloriously. Joshua led the Israelites into the Land exactly as promised (Deuteronomy ch.31, Numbers ch.27, Joshua ch.3-4), and the Israelites possessed it for centuries, building the Temple and enjoying a long Monarchy.Had the Israelites been more energetic in taking the entire land, they would have continued to have had God's assistance in doing so. Because there was a certain lack of alacrity, their borders were smaller than they could have been. This, too, was explicitly foretold (Numbers 33:54-55).Note that God's promise did not include Ishmael (Genesis ch.21).
NO
about an acre
half and acre
1 acre = 43560 sq ft, so there should be enough room to build a 5000 sq ft house.
Depends on location. There is a big difference in cost of an acre of land with no mineral rights in west Texas vs a building lot in downtown Houston.
There is no such unit as a "square acre". The "acre" is a unit of area or coverage, as of a rug, a garden, or a building lot. 16 acres of land can be broken up into 16 individual plots of 1 acre each. The total land area of 16 individual 1-acre plots is 16 acres. The total land area of 347 individual 1-acre plots is 347 acres. etc.
One acre of land in California is about the same as one acre of land on the moon.
One acre of land contains 43,560 square feet.
Five acres is plenty of land to build a house on, have a nice yard and garden, and still have land left. Five acres is enough to build a sub-division of 20 houses on! Most urban lots are around a quarter of an acre or less. I have a pretty large lot and it is just under a half acre. Generally a nice size residential house lot is around 5000 square ft. An acre is about 45,000 sq ft.. What the building code is for any particular area and standard or allowed lot size is can vary tremendously. An acre is a little over half of a New York City Block, so five acres would be almost 3 new york city blocks. You can have a nice house with room for horses.
Land per acre really depends on the location. Land on the water is much more expensive per acre than land in the city.
Yes. There is no physical limit since you can keep adding more floors (either up or down). There may be building regulations but these will vary from one locality to another and there is no general answer.
The cheapest land with no timber or structures in Mississippi is roughly $800 to $1200 an acre. Land with timber is closer to $1500 to $2500 an acre.
