This depends if you mean before or after Pentecost. If before, then probably not -although they are good examples even then of how unregenerate men can miss so much truth even when it is before their very eyes and told so plainly.
After Pentecost they became fearless witnesses and most died as martyrs for the faith and so in this they were certainly good examples. In addition two of them left us written records of different aspects of the life and teaching and identity of Jesus, which can be read today. If you include Peter as a source for Mark's Gospel (as stated by Papias) then that would make three.
Some may argue that the twelve disciples had flaws and shortcomings, making them imperfect role models. However, others believe that their journey of faith, transformation, and dedication to spreading the teachings of Jesus serve as valuable examples for Christians. Ultimately, it depends on one's perspective and what aspects of the disciples' lives one chooses to focus on.
Jesus found Peter by the Sea of Galilee, where Peter was fishing. Jesus called Peter to follow him and become one of his disciples. Peter left his fishing nets to become one of Jesus' closest companions.

== == Modern Unitarian Universalists may believe a variety of things. There are UU Christians, UU Jews, UU Buddhists, UU Pagan, UU Humanists (Atheists), just plain UUs, and other combinations. They argee on the 7 Principles and Purposes of Unitarian Universalism and agree that wisdom is derived from personal experience and all of the world's cultural history. The Bible is an important source of knowledge, but it is not an authority over other sources. They worship together to support one another's spiritual development, knowing that they may not agree with one another. == ==
Yes. Jesus did say He was the messiah. But He didn't usually get to that point directly. More often He would agree as such when someone else asked Him. Or, He would ask His disciples, "who do you think I am?" Here are two scripture references where Jesus says He is the Messiah: Matt 16:11-12 Mark 14:61-62 Cheers!
well i agree that organ transplant should be taken because it helps keep you alive---------------------------------------------------------------------------I agree too, cause I received a kidney 6yrs ago from a 29yr old boy that died. A guy down the hall from me got the other kidney.Without the transplant I'd be on dialysis still, or I'd be dead.God used the guy's death to keep me alive so I could defend the Bible more.
No. True Christians do not agree with euthanasia. They believe that it is a sin to take away anybody's life, including their own.
