The book of Jude is proven to be written sometime between A.D. 68 and A.D. 70 (68 - 70 years after Jesus died). As for where it was written, no one knows, but Jude, one of Jesus' four half brothers, wrote this book. Jude only became a Christian after Jesus ascended to heaven.
