Not sure exactly what you mean by "carry on gods plan", but here's an answer to what I think you mean.
Moses was able to go to Egypt, confront Pharoh, lead the people of Israel out of Egypt and lead them to the border of Canaan because God wanted it all to happen and worked miracles to make it happen.
In The Bible, in the book of Exodus, Chapter 3, verse 8, God tells Moses His plan:
"I am coming down to deliver [Israel] out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up out of that land into a good and large land, into a land flowing with milk and honey".
Moses was able to lead, because God promised that He would lead Moses and help him. In Exodus chapter 3, verse 12, God says to Moses "I will be with you" to assure Moses that he'll be able to do all that God commanded him.
Moses carried out God's plan by leading the Hebrew people out of slavery in Egypt, delivering the Ten Commandments, and guiding them towards the Promised Land. He listened to God's instructions, communicated with Him through prayer and received divine guidance to help fulfill his mission. Through his faith and obedience, Moses was able to fulfill God's plan for his people.
Moses had a speech impediment, so he asked God to appoint Aaron as his spokesperson to communicate with the Israelites and Pharaoh. Aaron was also appointed as a support and assistant to Moses during their leadership of the Israelites.
The giving of the Ten Commandments by God to Moses, establishing moral and ethical guidelines for the Israelites. Moses' face-to-face encounter with God, where he received further divine instructions and guidance for leading the Israelites.
The tabernacle was built according to the instructions given by God to Moses, with the help of skilled craftsmen and workers chosen by Moses. It was constructed by the Israelites during their time in the wilderness as a place of worship and to house the Ark of the Covenant.
In Exodus 4:14, God expresses his anger toward Moses for his reluctance to follow the instructions given to him. This passage highlights God's frustration with Moses's lack of faith and commitment to carry out the tasks assigned to him.
Aaron became a priest through a divine appointment by God. In the Old Testament, God selected Aaron, the brother of Moses, to serve as the first high priest of Israel. This appointment was part of God's plan for the organization and rituals of the Israelite priesthood.
