I read that that this online... when he died... " The Annuario Pontificio year of Peter's death as A.D. 64 or A.D. 67. Some scholars believe that he died on October 13 A.D. 64." But The Bible never really stated how old he was.

Very early in Our Lord's ministry he approached Andrew, the brother of Simon (Peter) and asked him to join him. Andrew then asked Simon to also join. This would have been about the year 30 A.D.

A:In Mark's Gospel (1:16) Jesus was walking by the Sea of Galilee and saw Simon (Peter) and Andrew fishing. He called them to follow him and he would make them fishers of men.

In John's Gospel, Andrew was a disciple of John the Baptist, and followed Jesus (1:37). Andrew went and found his brother Simon (Peter) and brought him to Jesus.

Answer:Peter was first introduced to Jesus by his brother Andrew (John 1:40-42). Soon after, as Andrew and Peter were fishing, Jesus called them to follow him (Matthew 4:18-20).

We know there really was an apostle Peter, because Paul describes having met him. It is true that the Bible never mentions when or how Peter died, but a second-century tradition arose for theological reasons, saying that he was crucified during the reign of Emperor Nero.

Not knowing when Peter was born nor when he died, we can know nothing about how old he was.
