By dividing society and creating tension
Ethnocentrism is the belief in the superiority of one's own ethnic group. Racism is the belief that inherent different traits in human racial groups justify discrimination. That would be racial bias.
Separatists believed in the idea of breaking away or separating from the Church of England, as they thought it was too corrupt and still held Catholic practices. They sought religious freedom and the ability to worship independently, which ultimately led many separatists to migrate to the New World to establish their own colonies.

A systemic evil that every member of society is responsible for changing is systemic racism. This pervasive issue perpetuates racial disparities and injustices in various aspects of life, including employment, education, and criminal justice. Addressing systemic racism requires acknowledging its existence, actively working to dismantle discriminatory structures, and promoting equality and inclusivity.
It is imperative that everyone remains neutral in their religious studies, especially if one is studying under the tutelage of a 'religious person'.Now here is the problem, very few can remain neutral under the influence of religious ideology/doctrine. This is so because, as i believe, there is a spiritual core within man which propels him/her to seek something more, something 'spiritual', and sadly there are countless 'counterfeits' who have no qualms about exploiting the spiritual-vulnerabilities of humankind. Thus, in studying any religion and/or religious matter-please, proceed with caution. Not that studying religions and spiritual elements are negative per se,however, mankind has long been experimental mice in the matters of religions and their silly shepherds. My advice, approach all religious concerns with shrewd caution, and instead accumulate concepts and reject the rituals...the organized religions of the world are monetary agencies not genuine centers for spiritual rejuvenation, and the proof is in the pudding(actual practice or lack thereof), and one final note: any religion and/or religious ideology/doctrine that is founded upon racial lines or ethnic exclusivity is not a religion at all, and all those who assert any religious authenticity upon race is so off track it is ridiculous. You, yourself are the temple, the church , the mosque-You,whoever you are-YOU ARE THE CHURCH!
Ethnic, racial, and religious hatred weakens society by fostering division and conflict, which undermines social cohesion and trust among community members. Such animosity can lead to violence, discrimination, and social unrest, disrupting economic stability and diminishing quality of life. It also hinders collaboration and the sharing of diverse perspectives, which are essential for innovation and progress. Ultimately, intolerance erodes the foundational principles of equality and respect that are vital for a harmonious and thriving society.
The racial group was the whites, the ethnic group was english men, and the religious groups were Seperatists and Quakers. I have no idea why for the racial and ethnic but for religious was obviously in search of freedom of religion. :)
