Speaking for myself, when I pray to the LORD and ask Him to help me or others, I ask that He does His will in my life. I ask that He direct my actions and inactions (to say/do the right thing and not do the wrong thing). I ask that He makes the right way the easy and obvious way and the wrong way more difficult. (Opened doors are easier to walk through than closed ones.) When I committed my life to Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit was placed within me to help me follow the LORD's desires for me. I think the Holy Spirit is the conscience you speak of. There is another conscience, the ability we are given to know right from wrong. This is given to me by the LORD when I pray, because I ask and therefore receive what is best for me. I trust the LORD, and He has always given me what I need! Maybe not what I asked for or hoped for, but always the right thing. I listen and watch for God Winks in my life to direct my path.
We have 5 organs, with 5 senses therefore we have 5 consciousness. With this, we have a bodily conscience which is aware of our surrounding, our environment. Beyond that we have the 'heart' conscience, which enable us to discriminate what is good and what is evil. Beyond that we have the spiritual conscience which is the gate way to link to whichever 'god' you believe to be.
Sure you can. A Prayer Request is just asking others to pray for you. This could be from friends, a post on facebook, or online at a prayer request site like GODPleaseHearMe.

A conscience is typically developed through a combination of upbringing, social influences, personal experiences, and moral teachings. It is shaped by one's sense of right and wrong, empathy, and values, which guide decision-making and behavior. Engaging in self-reflection, moral reasoning, and empathizing with others can help to strengthen and refine one's conscience over time.
Prayer is a form of communication with a higher power or deity, expressing gratitude, asking for guidance or help, or seeking comfort. It is a way for individuals to connect with their spirituality and beliefs, and can take various forms such as meditation, chanting, or reciting specific words or phrases.

Prayer to Saint Angela Merici: "Saint Angela, you were not afraid of change. You did not let stereotypes keep you from serving. Help us to overcome our fear of change in order to follow God's call and allow others to follow theirs." The Catholic culture site has an entire litany to Saint Angela, by the way.
