'Proverbs' is a bible book compiled by King Solomon and is is a collection of many wise sayings and axioms. -see Proverbs 1:1-6.
'Job', on the other hand, is the life story of the godly man Job. Whilst it also contains some wise counsel, and reveals many things about god, its style and purposes are:
