Your are probably referring to Jacob and Esau. They were twins born to Isaac and Rebekah. God chose Jacob to continue the Hebrew (Israel) race and He rejected Esau. The Bible does not specifically say how old Rebekah was when she married Isaac. Isaac was forty when he married her, and the Bible also tells us that she was a beautiful young woman. Probably in her teen years therefore since she had a nose ring! And was mature enough to tell her family to let her journey away to marry Isaac because the Lord had called her to do so.
