It's symbolic language for this point-If something stands in your way of having divine favor, get rid of it, no matter how important or close it is to us. This is because the only way to achieve salvation is by means of Jehovah God, the one who gives divine favor. (Isaiah 43:11)
(New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures)

Yes, God knows when you die. He knows everything about you.....Whether you want him to or not. God knew you, and everything about you before he even created the world. And, it says in the Bible that God has great plans for those who love him, and he has known those plans forever! Most certainly. For Christians, there is a recognition of death being the soul moving from the body which has ceased to function to the unseen realm of the life beyond death, whether the deceased person is Christian or not.God is the author of life, and allows or disallows it's end whether or not the causative action was a decision of a sinful person. Therefore, He sees when all creatures die, and we in turn are face to face with Him for the first time.Psalm 31 v15 - ' My times are in your hands.'Matthew 10 v29 - 31 ' Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from the will of your Father. And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So don't be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.'
Nowhere does it record that the Pharisees were actually baptized by John. Matthew states that they came to John. It does not state he actually baptized them. There is thus no contradiction.Matthew 3:7-11 (King James Version)7But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees come to his baptism, he said unto them, O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come? 8Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance:9And think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.10And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.11I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance. but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:Luke 7:29-30 (King James Version)29And all the people that heard him, and the publicans, justified God, being baptized with the baptism of John. 30But the Pharisees and lawyers rejected the counsel of God against themselves, being not baptized of him.
Answer.Mark 3 v29(NIV).But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; he is guilty of eternal sin. Also see Mathew 12 v 31,32To help clarify, the "unpardonable sin" is not unpardonable because God is unwilling. Rather, the unpardonable sin is grieving away the Holy Spirit. That means that you have willingly and purposely chosen, once and for all, to reject God. God has given humans the freedom to choose, and He respects that choice. Therefore, if someone makes that final choice, He sadly goes away and leaves them alone. Thus, there is no opportunity for repentance or forgiveness. It is not a "I won't" type of thing, but a "you won't let me". It is "unpardonable" in the sense that there is no possible way it can be pardoned, since the person is unwilling. Pardon is a two-party event; humans must repent and God will pardon. 1 John 1:9... "If we confess...He forgives."
There is one verse in the New Testament:-Luk 1:28 ISV The angel came to her and said, "Greetings, you who are highly favored! The Lord is with you!"In the Old Testament this phrase "the Lord is with you" is found about seven times in six verses depending on the specific translation:-Gen 26:28-29 They answered, "Now we know that the LORD is with you, and we think that there should be a solemn agreement between us. We want you to promise (v29) that you will not harm us, just as we did not harm you. We were kind to you and let you go peacefully. Now it is clear that the LORD has blessed you."Jdg 6:12 And the angel of the Lord came before his eyes, and said to him, The Lord is with you, O man of war.2Sa 7:3 And Nathan said to the king, Go and do whatever is in your heart; for the Lord is with you.2Ki 10:23 And Jehu, with Jehonadab, the son of Rechab, went into the house of Baal; and he said to the servants of Baal, Make a search with care, to see that no servant of the Lord is with you, but only servants of Baal.2Ch 15:2 And he came face to face with Asa and said to him, Give ear to me, Asa and all Judah and Benjamin: the Lord is with you while you are with him; if your heart's desire is for him, he will be near you, but if you give him up, he will give you up.2Ch 20:17 There will be no need for you to take up arms in this fight; put yourselves in position, and keep where you are, and you will see the salvation of the Lord with you,O Judah and Jerusalem: have no fear and do not be troubled: go out against them tomorrow, for the Lord is with you.The Lord is with you is also found in 1Ch 28:20 "Then David said to Solomon his son, "Be strong and courageous and do it. Do not be afraid and do not be dismayed, for the Lord God, even my God, is with you. He will not leave you or forsake you, until all the work for the service of the house of the Lord is finished.
