Smart is a tiny word for God. There is no end to God's intelligence. Growing technology and all intelligence are coming only from God, not from any other sources.

God’s powers are immeasurable and unimaginable. He didn’t want to stay idle with all of his powers. He had created many planets and at last he had got the idea of creating the earth. Those planets are empty while earth rotates filled with many kinds of creatures. After creating the human beings, God might have thought that he had entangled himself in a great responsibility. He had created spirits too for various purposes. He is creating new spirits even now. The possession of these spirits cause new developments on this earth.

I guess God's character is somewhat different from what religions usually think. God's involvement in humans' personal affairs is very rare. God is responsible for what he had created on this earth and human beings are responsible for what they have created on this earth. The religions' teachings and preachings might have made people to think about God in a different angle. They must learn to think about him in a right angle. The relationship between God and human beings is just like a relationship between a scientist and his robots. Humans must think scientifically too. If God wants to do everything himself then why must he create medicinal herbs, plants and science for physical health and moral and discipline for mental health of human kind. Human beings must know the ways to rule themselves on this earth. He is always ready to grant intelligence and all that human beings need. He is always creating new spirits on this earth and make new developments on this earth.

God can determine the life of the human beings but he never does it. Only spirits determine the life of the human beings from their (humans') daily activities, talks and thoughts too.

God never bothers whether people believe in him or not. God's direct intervention in individuals' affairs is very rare. God doesn't watch each and every human being at the same time and cannot live with each and everyone to guide them. These works are done by the spirits. God had created different kinds of spirits for various purposes. He had made the spirits to watch, guide and determine the destiny of the human beings from their daily activities, talks and thoughts too. Your past determines your present and your present determines your future. God has given freewill to all creatures including human beings. According to this, all human beings have all right to live a life as they wish. But if it happens to be bad and hurts someone, they have to face the consequences. These consequences are created by spirits. It's a natural system. After death no one lives in any form. Heaven and hell are only for spirits, not for human beings. God is a mystery even to the spirits. Spirits are not eternal beings but their lifetime is long. Spirits are separate elements. A human being during his/her lifetime is living with many spirits which have joined one by one since birth. They are knowledge, skills, feelings, emotions, instincts, interests and everything. Further there will be always some spirits with you on behalf of your parents, friends, relatives and Gods you believe. Only these spirits make you remember them in a certain situations. All of these spirits are your consciousnesses and memories. Even thoughts are not your own. For example, when you want to take a decision on a subject, one after another the spirits think and you just listen, choose or reject the ideas which they transmit to your mind through your brain in the form of thoughts. A mind is a group/formation of many spirits which have joined one by one since birth. A mind is just like a computer's mind. After the computer is completely destroyed you will not get its mind. The same is the case with the human beings. A brain is a device used by the spirits to control the body and mind. (A senior spirit or a chief can control other spirits) A human being doesn't have a spiritual body. Soul is an energy needed for the functionality of a body. It is not a spirit or anything else. A body's functionality is based on the auto mechanism. After death all spirits which accompanied a person quit and go to different places searching new bodies. No one lives after death in any form. All human beings are just robots made of flesh and bones and toys of the spirits for their games.

At present all creatures including human beings are living in a miraculous era of God. I am connected to all creatures including human beings and spirits internally by God since year 1950 but I am not a God. I think that all human beings can see what I see, can hear what I hear and even know my thoughts. But thoughts are complicated matter. It needs an explanation. The people who have born in this era cannot realize this miracle because they have born with it. An old brave and honest gentleman aged 85 can explain about this miracle.

Jehovah God took great care to prepare the earth so that we can enjoy life to the full each day. He intends for humans to live on earth forever. Isaiah 45:18, "For this is what Jehovah says, The Creator of the heavens, the true God,

The One who formed the earth, its Maker who firmly established it,

Who did not create it simply for nothing, but formed it to be inhabited:

“I am Jehovah, and there is no one else." By being the creator of the heavens and earth, by default makes Jehovah God far more than smart. He has infinite wisdom. Other scriptures that mention Jehovah as the creator and his wisdom are: John 1:3, "All things came into existence through him, and apart from him not even one thing came into existence." Job 36:26, "Yes, God is greater than we can know; The number of his years is beyond comprehension." Psalm 145:3, "Jehovah is great and most worthy of praise;" Psalm 148:13, "Let them praise the name of Jehovah, For his name alone is unreachably high. His majesty is above earth and heaven. His greatness is unsearchable." And there's many more. (New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures)

Well, considering that he made the stars, the planets, the moons, the plants, the animals, the people, the bacteria and amoebia and all these creatures living and non-living, small to large, and did it all within 7 days, (6, really, because the 7th day he rested), then I would venture to sayd that he is pretty dang smart. But that's just me, ya know.... Also it says in The Bible that he knows every hair one everyones head and every piece of grains of sand that on every beach! And a whole lot of other things!!! well god made us soo i think he is very smart He knew your quesion before you asked it, He knew all the answers before they were answered and who answered them.
