to have a marriage annuled is to have the church recognize that it had never really existed in the hearts of those involved. basically, its the churches version of divorce, and if the religion you are allows for annulments, then no, a remarriage is not a sin after one.
marriage is not a sin and no matter what religion you are in it is not a sin against God to Mary out side your chosen religion or denomination. the sin is sex before marrige but most religions just think it wiser to marry in your own religion to keep from temptation and so you have the same religious goals.
i don't believe that is a sin, its what it LEADS to that would be considered a sin. Paul says in 1 cor. 7:1 that it is better for a man not to touch a woman. (kjv) this would help prevent other emotions getting in the way In such a case, the Hindu suggestion would be to get married. Sex within marriage is perfectly OK and necessary part of life (not just for procreation of children but for enjoyment also).
Different religions and belief systems have varying views on this matter. In some religions, any sexual activity outside of marriage may be considered a sin, while in others, consensual physical intimacy between partners may be acceptable. It is important to consider your own values, beliefs, and boundaries when determining what is appropriate in your relationship.
In the Bible, it does not specifically say that a widow may not remarry. However, some interpretations of certain Bible verses suggest that widows may choose to remain single to focus on serving God. Ultimately, whether a widow chooses to remarry is a personal decision guided by their own beliefs and values.
Sin is typically understood as actions or thoughts that violate moral or ethical standards, particularly those set by religious or legal authorities. It is often seen as harmful to oneself, others, or the natural order, and is considered to be contrary to divine or moral law. Each culture and belief system may have its own specific definitions of what constitutes sin.

Marriage was never consumated...fulfilled. Thus the marriage was 'cancelled'. But that, in fact, would be rare. Usually marriage is actually consumated before AND after the vows.
A marriage license is a piece of paper. Destroying it does not destroy the marriage.
Think so or else it could imply your not being truthful about divorce or it could say anulled.
