There isn't a book in the Old Testament (or the New Testament) that is all names. However, there are places in the Old Testament that has a lot of names listed in them. Numbers has a lot of names in it because it has a record of the census taken of the children of Israel while they were in the desert. But that only accounts for a couple of chapters, not the entire book which has 36 chapters. Joshua also has a lot of names in it because it's telling who gets what in the promised land.
