There is no definitive answer in The Bible regarding whether the Apostle Paul was married. While some scholars believe he may have been widowed or unmarried based on his writings, there is no explicit mention in the Bible of him having a wife.

* At the time of writing his letters, Paul was not. The Bible does not mention if he once had been or not. Some think it is likely that he once could have been because he appeared to be, or was about to become, a member of the Sanhedrin and a Rabbi (Galatians 1). Qualifications for those positions were that a man had to have been at least 40 year old, married, and with a minimum of one son. Paul also held some degree of power to persecute (Acts 26). However, the main point is that he was not married at the time he wrote and neither do we know definitively one way or another if he ever was.

* There is absolutely no evidence from the New Testament that Paul was ever married.

Yes they can: Peter was married because Jesus healed his mother-in-law:-- Mat 8:14 KJV And when Jesus was come into Peter's house, he [Jesus] saw his [Peter's] wife's mother laid, and sick of a fever.

Apostles were allowed to be married, just like anybody else:-

1Co 9:1-5 KJV Am I [Paul] not an apostle? am I not free? have I not seen Jesus Christ our Lord? are not ye my work in the Lord? [v. 2] If I be not an apostle unto others, yet doubtless I am to you: for the seal of mine apostleship are ye in the Lord. [v. 3] Mine to them that do examine me is this, [v. 4] Have we [apostles] not power to eat and to drink? [v. 5] Have we [apostles] not power to lead about a sister, a wife, as well as other apostles, and as the brethren of the Lord [other Christians], and Cephas [Peter] ?

Yes he was married as in 1 Corrinthians chapter 7 verse 8 , it tells he was a widower................. Written be for me by another Guy ................................................................................................ .... Wrong there is no proof to say such things.... His heart was given to God not to the things of life.. He felt that it was better to not be married than to be married.. And that was what God was calling to.. To say he was married or a widow is to take the very testimony that he has given to help us away from him and away from us... In that scripture he was not talking about him self as being a widow.. but he is the unmarried... but this verse is also talking about the widows as well.. But he is not saying he was married.. But if you are looking for a companion in life... Jesus is the best companion and should be are only ....and threw him we find the father who sent him.... who is God and in God we find our inheritance. 1 Corinthians chapter 7 verse 8 reads "To the unmarried and the widows I say that it is best for them to remain as I am...... Which is devoted to God.... My friends don't take each others words or mine But TEST EVERY THING.... Look for God and you will find him.. Seek and you will find... But trust only one thing and it is the word of God... Guard your heart friends... By me

What is the correct grammar - Apostle Paul or apostle Paul?

OpinionI would say Apostle Paul wherever I use 'Apostle' as a title, in the same way as I would say Mr Smith, with 'Mr' capitalised. Less frequently, I would write 'apostle' uncapitalised if I did not intend it as a title, for example where 'apostle' is the subject of the sentence, and Paul is addressed. Use capitals to be on the safe side.
