Jesus said that the cities of Chorazin and Bethsaida would fall. The scripture can be found in Matthew 11:21 and Luke 10:13.
When Jesus said "you will all fall away," he was referring to his disciples abandoning him during his arrest and trial. This prediction came true when they fled and denied knowing him out of fear.
There is nothing in scripture that says anything about this. The only reference to John with Mary the mother of Jesus at the cross was Jesus' plea to John. Jesus, dying on the cross, turned to John (the 'disciple whom Jesus loved' i.e. his best friend) to ask him to look after Mary as he would his own mother. It would have been the duty of Jesus, being the oldest son of Mary, to provide for her in this way in Jewish law. Similarly he asked Mary to accept John as her new 'son' who would look after her. We are told that from that moment John took Mary into his own home.
As a trader, I might have felt shocked, confused, and potentially embarrassed if I were thrown out by Jesus. It would depend on the circumstances and the message behind why I was being asked to leave.
Peter denied Jesus three times, just as Jesus had predicted. This occurred during Jesus's trial before his crucifixion.
Judas denied knowing Jesus. The disciple Peter denied knowing Christ three times when questioned about his association with him in the hours after Jesus' arrest. Christ had predicted this would happen, and Peter vowed he never would. He was to bitterly regret his defection of his Lord, and worked diligently to establish the early church.
In terms of actual cities, it would be Syracuse, Buffalo, and Rochester in that order.
There are many cities that would fall under this category. Many cities in the south eastern part of the country would count.

Many of these cities were built near fall lines because they are a natural location for trading. Boats coming from the interior would need to unload their goods at the fall line. Boats coming from the ocean would drop their goods off as far inland as possible. In addition, goods coming from the countryside would be traded there as well, making it a natural location and a quickly growing city. Therefore, over time these cities would become natural locations for manufacturing and other types of business.
I am not sure that he would. That sounds more like a personal opinion of some people, rather than an established fact!
