John Laing devoted his life to Christianity and had a programme of life. He always put others before himself and had only £371 in his bank account when he died. He ran a youth club in his living room with his wife for the younger people on Friday nights as the youth didn't have much to do then. He use to set up walks and other activities for the younger children in the summer holidays as there was nothing what we have today. Hope this answers your questions!
