In that case, Religion is spirituality, defined, distilled, and codified, in to a system with less risks for mental health and less inherent insanity, generally followed by more mainstream people with a more stable mind, but which sometimes inspires insane levels of fanatical devotion. Similar levels of close-minded fanatical devotion are often found among people who believe in psychic powers, extra sensory perception, clairvoyancy, etc. as well.
