What do different religions think of spirituality - can people comment?

I'm assuming you're using the term "spirituality" to mean "New Age" stuff like psychics, spirit mediums, palmistrists, tarotists, etc.

In that case, Religion is spirituality, defined, distilled, and codified, in to a system with less risks for mental health and less inherent insanity, generally followed by more mainstream people with a more stable mind, but which sometimes inspires insane levels of fanatical devotion. Similar levels of close-minded fanatical devotion are often found among people who believe in psychic powers, extra sensory perception, clairvoyancy, etc. as well.
