What is Infinite Awareness?

Infinite awareness or infinite consciousness as it is also known is essentially who you are beyond your mind and your body. We are all connected to one divine energy that exists all around us in every living being. Infinite awareness is just one name for what is more commonly known as consciousness. It exists within each of us and connects us all. The identity you place on yourself (the 'I') is actually not who you are, it is what you are experiencing.

At our core we are energy which will live beyond our current reality. Consciousness will live forever, however the mind and body you (consciousness) are now experiencing will eventually die. To get closer to who you really are is to rise outside and beyond your mind, thinking about consciousness or awareness distances you from it.

To get a glimpse of consciousness or your infinite awareness you have to two basic things, one is to silence the mind, to shut off all internal chatter or at the very least to do nothing more than be aware of it. The other is to be fully present in this very moment. It is this very moment and the detachment from your mind that can bring you closer to consciousness. It is also at this very moment absent from thought where all your power and potential lie.
