Calling this the 'Lord's Prayer' in both Matthew 6 and Luke 11 is a misnomer. This is a model or example of how we are to pray to the Father. In essence then both versions are basically the same with Matthew having more detail.
The actual Lord's Prayer can be found in John 17.
The Matthew version of the Lord's prayer is commonly used by Catholic, Anglican, and Protestant denominations, as it is the version found in the Bible. Each denomination may have slight variations in the wording used during worship services.
The Gospel of John is often described as the poetic reflective Gospel due to its unique literary style and focus on spiritual themes. It differs from the other Gospels in its emphasis on the divinity of Jesus and its use of symbolic language to convey deeper theological truths.

Both cities were centers of early Christian activity and had significant populations of Greek-speaking individuals, making them ideal locations for the composition of Luke's Gospel, which was written in Greek.
