I think the reason no one has answered the question, is simple, there are, like so many branches on a tree, more then one answer to what "Secular" is. However, it could also be a Contradiction to what Secular has come to represent, in that it could end up being a Education Void of Science, where the Secular, or Singular Nature of the Learning, is Concerned with All Religious Dogma.
