There is basically no difference. Jesus Christ died for our sins and along with that we, the common man, now have the authority to pray to God without the help of a priest. So when we end our prayer to God we close with Jesus' name (Signifying that we are praying with the authority of Jesus). This is assuming you are a Christian or have accepted Jesus as your Savior. When Jesus died on the cross one of the signs was that the veil that separated man from God was split from the top to the bottom meaning that now man had access to God (Matthew 27:51). Man could have not split the very heavy Veil from the top, God had to do it.
In Mark 5.9 Jesus asks the evil spirit in the man who lives in the tombs 'What is your name'.
