Relational conflict refers to disagreements or disputes that arise between individuals within a relationship, whether personal, professional, or social. It is often caused by differing opinions, beliefs, values, or expectations, and can lead to tension, misunderstanding, and a breakdown in communication. Effective communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills are key in managing and resolving relational conflict.
Within each person, there is a "center" where "you", the essence of who you are and consider yourself to be, is located. It is not a physical place, rather it is where the certainty of your confidence is. When you are distressed, it is good to contemplate this "essence place" in order to reconnect with the calm certainty that is your self.So "finding your center" means to understand within yourself that the distressing circumstance will pass, you will learn from it, and you will remain yourself. This is important when events make you crazy. When your world falls apart, the "center" of you reassures you that the event will pass, but you are still the same person you have always been.In religion, this "center" is where you and your God connect. In some religions, this center can be called the soul..it is the "connecting place" between this physical plane and the Eternal. It is a place of calm, a place within you that can give great strength and resolve when you take the time to "return to your roots." It is the place of refreshing and renewal. So if you are in emotional distress, "find your center" reminds you that you are stronger than you realize and that you need to reconnect with your God and your essential being.

Apparently something has happened between you and this person that is bothering you. For example, there is a contradiction in the question itself, in describing this person as "a friend you dislike." That suggests a significant emotional conflict - if you truly dislike this person, you would not refer to this person as a friend. So your own mind is using your dreams to express your inner conflict. When you work out the differences between yourself and your friend, or decide to accept the possibility that this person is no longer your friend, then your inner conflict will be resolved and you will no longer dream about this person.
There are five basic types of conflicts.Person against another person.Person against society in general.Person against fate.Person against nature.Person against himself/herself.
Paul referred to Barnabas in his First Epistle to the Corinthians and in his Epistle to the Galatians, in both cases implying that the recipients already knew of Barnabas. It is hardly possible that Paul would have written of Barnabas in this way, unless Barnabas was a real person. Barnabas is also mentioned in Colossians, but the clear majority of biblical scholars regard Colossians as pseudographical, so this epistle does not provide proof for Barnabas.Acts made Paul a lesser character in the history of the early church, one who did not act on his own initiative but sought the authority of Peter and James on important matters. Whereas Paul had represented Barnabas as a loyal assistant, Acts had Barnabas become a mentor assigned to Paul by the Jerusalem elders in order to educate him and play a part in the Gentile church as an equal to Paul. There is no proof outside Acts that Barnabas was ever more than Paul's assistant.
