As phrased, the question is an oversimplification. It's not religion which disagrees with science, but religious people who disagree with scientists (or at least those who consider themselves scientists). When people reach different answers by different methods, they tend to abuse the other guy's method.
Science and religion both seek to explain the world around us, but they operate in different ways. Science uses evidence and experimentation to understand the natural world, while religion often involves faith and belief in the supernatural. Some people find that science and religion can complement each other, while others see them as fundamentally incompatible. Ultimately, how they are related depends on individual perspectives and interpretations.
I don't have personal beliefs. Science and religion offer different perspectives for understanding the world, and individuals may choose to embrace one, both, or neither based on their own beliefs and experiences.
K'Jon is primarily a fictional character created in the Science Fiction Roleplaying Game "Traveller". As such, K'Jon does not have a specific religion associated with them.
Science and religion each offer different perspectives on understanding the world. While science relies on evidence and experimentation to explain natural phenomena, religion often deals with spiritual beliefs and moral values. Some people find ways to reconcile both perspectives, while others view them as distinct and separate ways of understanding the world.
Sandra Dee was raised in a Christian Science household and this religion influenced her upbringing. However, as an adult, she did not actively practice any specific religion.
There is no relationship, and it is not proper to give religion an air of respectibility by mentioning it in the same breath as science. Religion is against science because science proves religious belief is a laughing-stock. Religion has inhibited progress in science, and will, by nature, always try to do so. Compare a prayer to a jab of penicillin. Science is questions that may never be answered; religion is answers that may never be questioned. I'd like to know how we got here then......In your opinion.
Religion is not a science.
Just about everything taught in school is one sort of science or another. For example, math, biology, geometry, algebra, history, are all sciences. Do you propose to quit school alltogether, to only go to a few subjects which are specifically about religion, or what? Also, I find it hard to believe that there is any serious religion that is opposed against ANY science. For example, does your religion claim that learning that 2 + 2 = 4 is a sin against God? If you are opposed against specific aspects of science... well, you don't need to believe everything you are taught. Even a non-religious person would do well in using some critical thinking.
its the monkey trial.

Albert Einstein said, "Science without religion is lame, religion without science is blind" in his 1954 essay "Science and Religion." In the essay, he emphasized the importance of understanding and integrating both science and religion for a more holistic view of the world.

God created the world including science, hence science and religion are interconnected.
It is an art as it can not be a science.
