The Book of Galatians 5 gives a clear description of good and evil.

The good things are written in Galatians 5: 22,23 which are: Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, mildness, self-control. Against such things there is no law.

Bad things are written in Galatians 5: 19,-21 which are: sexual immorality, uncleanness, spiritism, hostility, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, dissensions, divisions, sects, envy, drunkenness, wild parties and things like these....

These kinds of practice, does not honour God who has given us the gift of life. Revelation 4: 11 reads: " You are worthy Jehovah our God to receive the glory and the honour and the power, because you created all things, and because of your will they came into existence and were created. "

Good or evil is a choice of life.

Is pyrokinesis evil?

Pyrokinesis itself is not inherently evil or good. It is simply the ability to manipulate fire with the mind. It is how an individual chooses to use this ability that determines whether it is used for good or evil purposes.

What is the meaning of Good can exist without evil whereas evil cannot exist without good?

The Book of Galatians chapter 5 gives a good description of what is good and what is bad. That being said, good people can by mistake do bad things and bad people can sometimes do good things, if there is some kind of advantage to get out of it. Good things according to Galatians 5: 22 ,23 in the Bible is called the fruitage of spirit. ( God's spirit )It is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, self-control. Against such things there is no law. Bad things according to Galatians 5: 19-21 is called the works of the flesh, which are: sexual immorality, uncleanness, brazen conduct, idolatry, spiritism, hostility, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, dissensions, divisions, sects, envy, drunkenness, wild parties,... These practices such as strife, jealousy envy and fits of anger lead to the having of poor health, such as heart attacts, Sexual immorality can bring a lot of pressure on the family and so forth.. So it is important to clearify what is evil practice and what is an evil person. 2 Timothy 3: 16,17 teaches that the Bible is a letter from God and is beneficial for our teaching, so that we can be fully competent, completely equipped for every good work. An evil person is someone who takes great delight in harming others. it could be associated with someone who is deficient in empathy and so much more. To be a good person, we have to put our focus on what is good practice, with the determination to making it part of our life. Because as the Bible quotes in 1 John 5: 19 that the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one, and Revelation 12: 9 describes the wicked one as the original serpent, called the Devil and Satan who is misleading the entire inhabited earth, which makes it quite a struggle to always do what is good. So the saying that good can exist without evil means that evil cannot come out of a good person. But evil can come out of a person, who had the best intention to start with. Example: Human governments have done a lot of harm with the best intention for his own country to the detrimemnt of another countries. The Book of Jeremiah 10. 23 reads. " It does not belong to man who is walking even to direct his step. History has shown that they do a poor job when it comes to solving people's problems. Humans were not created to rule themselves, because even with the best intention they sometimes create greater difficulties.

Why is man presumed to be good?

Only the misguided or shortsighted might have such a monopole vision, and historically there have been those of the philosophical persuasion who argued it, especially during the late 16th to 19th Centuries Two famous English Philosophers who taught who perceived man to be basically good or basically bad were john Locke and Thomas Hobbs - Lockean Consensus v. Hobbsian Consensus. In most philosophies, man is not seen as only good or only evil; rather, he is a complex combination of both. The Bible teaches man has the ability to use both the knowledge of the tree of good and evil. Other schools of thought and wisdom teach likewise. A small sample of these is below:Romans 7:21-23New International Version (NIV) "So I find this law at work: Although I want to do good, evil is right there with me. / For in my inner being I delight in God's law; / but I see another law at work in me, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within me."William Shakespeare, Julius Caesar, Mark Antony's speach, Act II Scene iii:"The evil that men do lives after them. / The good is oft interred with their bones." Albert Einstein"The world is a dangerous place to live; not because of the people who are evil, but because of the people who don't do anything about it." Siddhārtha Gautama (The Buddha)"It is a man's own mind, not his enemy or foe, that lures him to evil ways." Chief Joseph, Nez Perce"We were taught to believe that the Great Spirit sees and hears everything, and that he never forgets, that hereafter he will give every man a spirit home according to his deserts; If he has been a good man, he will have a good home; if he has been a bad man, he will have a bad home. This I believe, and all my people believe the same." Letakos-Lesa, Eagle Chief of the Pawnee"All things in the world are two. In our minds we are two, good and evil. With our eyes we see two things, things that are fair and things that are ugly.... We have the right hand that strikes and makes for evil, and we have the left hand full of kindness, near the heart. One foot may lead us to an evil way, the other foot may lead us to a good. So are all things two, all two."
