Make shore you have a murti of Hanuaman ji which is made out of brass kept in a bowl on top of a green or red cloth. You will then need a puja thali which should contain arti candle, inceance holder, flowers, bell(opinional), rice, suger, Hanuaman sindoor and mustard oil. In the fast you can eat fruit, milk ,water but you must not have any SALT. At 5:00 go to Mandir and give fruits to the priest to give to Hanuman. When you get home do the same pooja as you did in the morning but offer Mothichoor ladoo kheer (rice pudding). when you have finished the pooja you can open your fast by having the blessed Kheer, the ladoos and miti roti which is sweet roti which. You can have salt after 12:00.
