Firstly wake up at 7:00 and have a bath to purify the soul and then wear clean white clothes.Then you need to pray to Hanuman ji. Make shore you have a murti of Hanuaman ji which is made out of brass kept in a bowl on top of a green or red cloth. You will then need a puja thali which should contain arti candle, inceance holder, flowers, bell(opinional), rice, suger, Hanuaman sindoor and mustard oil. You will need to bathe Hanuman ji with milk,water,yogurt and clarified butter (this is opinional). You will also need a gee lamp which should light the hole day.
