Luke is considered to be the author of the book of Acts, so anytime you see the pronouns 'we', 'our', or 'us' within the book, it is assumed he is talking about events that he was part of.

He traveled with Paul into Macedonia, Judea, and Rome among other places.

Acts chapters 16, 20, 21, 27 and 28 talk about his journeys with Paul.

Paul mentions him at Colossians 4:14, Philemon 24, and 2 Timothy 4:11.
