Since religions are philosophies with deities as the moving force, they go into books as a part of history. Such religions, such as Zoroastrianism, have this privilege.
All religions teach us to believe in God, all religions teach us to love one another, to be kind and compassionate, all religions ask us to live a moral life. There may be different interpretations, and religions and followers of religions may do different things but the commonality between all religions is for us to love God, to seek God, and achieve God. Unfortunately, religions are only a kindergarten, they teach us the ABC of God, then we go round and round in a merry-go-round and we die without going beyond the kindergarten of religion. We don't need to change our religion, but we need to go beyond religion to the university of spirituality which will help us to realize God in the temple of our heart.
Some religions have a commandment from God to the survivors of the flood to "go forth and multiply", and they feel that contraception is contrary to that directive.
I would love to answer this question, but there will be consequences for it. BAD ONES TOO.ANSWER 2Religions don't "go to war." Hypocritical men create wars regardless of what religions they might claim to follow.
there are 6 major religions in the world right now known all over the place (eg. Christianity, judaism, Islam, Hinduism, Sikhism and Buddhism) these religions have been known for centuries and alot MORE than that. These religions would've been popular still in the 1950s Now we have areoplanes and transport to go to any country with our religions And it really depends on what continent/country you are talking about.
Almost all religions believe in some form of divine intervention. All Christian religions believe in this as well as pagan religions, such as Hinduism.

Many religions believe that there creator loves them, and created them in their own image, and when they die, they will frolic in a paradise with them for eternity.
As all other religions, you die according to the will of Allah (God in English) as when and where you die.

Religions are similar because most or all religions have god(s) and/or goddess(es). Religion originates out of peoples fears. Ask yourself self the question. Would you rather die and go to heaven or die and be tortured for eternity. See people back when the religious faith was created were very naive.
because there are religions. If there are no religions, then humans will find another reason to go to war.
If you are talking about reincarnation, rebirth of the soul into another body after death, then yes, both Hinduism and Buddhism, religions originating out of South Asia, believe in reincarnation. If that's not what you meant then I don't think any religions believe you go back in time. Hope that helps clarify
I don't believe in a heaven, I know that when I die, it's game over, no more life. However all religions teach about their own ideas of heaven, which is, in essence, infinite perfect happiness. but most religions also teach that to believe in another god sends you to hell, so religions would disagree with sharing heaven with a person from another religion.
I think you are asking where people go when they die. Many religions believe that you go one of two places, heaven and hell. Chances are good that every human ever born will be in one or the other.
