assuming you mean the christian god Jehovah the aging biblical texts never speak of their being anything to bury, no physical being. One could argue that Jesus is god but then that negates the notion of a holy trinity. if you mean the "father" again nothing physical to bury and nothing to bury with the holy ghost.
