The prophet sleeping for a hundred years continuously is Ezra (Uzair or Uzayr). The account of his story is found in Qur'an. He died when Allah sent the Angel of Death to him after he asked himself how Allah can revive the spirit of something that has already turned into bones. After 100 years passed, Allah sent an angel to revived Ezra. Ezra thought he slept for a fraction of the afternoon. From that moment, he knows that Allah can do magnificent things and he became the living proof of the deeds of Allah.

The prophet who is said to have slept for 100 years is Prophet Sulaiman (Solomon). This story is mentioned in the Quran in Surah Al-Baqarah. Prophet Sulaiman's body remained preserved during this time, and when he woke up, he didn't realize he had been asleep for so long.
