Pithom and Rameses
The Karnak temple was built as a place of worship for the ancient Egyptians to honor their gods, primarily Amun-Ra. It was also used for religious ceremonies, festivals, and to showcase the power and wealth of the pharaohs who commissioned its construction.
The first cities were built in Mesopotamia, modern day Iraq, in around 5000 BC. Cities such as Babylon and Ur were among the largest permanent settlements in the ancient world. Older groups of buildings have been found in Europe, Egypt and Japan, but none as large as those in the middle east. One such city, Damascus, has survived to become the longest-inhabited city in the world and the capitol of Syria. It was mentioned in Egyptian tablets from the 15th century BC as a village (the Egyptians tended to have small towns rather than large cities), is mentioned in the Old Testament and continues to be lived in today. Some archaeologists claim to have found older cities in Peru, India and other places, but there is no real evidence to back up these claims. Answer Genesis 4:17 states that Cain built a city, and called the name of the city after his son, Enoch. This answer does not tell us where the first city was built, does it? We must remember that at the time of Adam and his family all land was in one place, in the northern part of the world. In chapter 10 it tells us that the earth was divided into its various nations or countries. So where did Cain build his city? It is suggested that his city was in the land which is now North America. Do not poo par this suggestion, remember the land was all in one place for a many many years and North America did not exist, only The Earth existed.
Inca structures were typically built with finely cut stones and were often situated on mountaintops, like Machu Picchu. Aztec structures were made of adobe bricks and were often located in the heart of cities, such as the Templo Mayor in Tenochtitlan. Inca architecture focused on integrating structures with the natural landscape, while Aztec architecture featured intricate stone carvings and symbolic elements.
They were brought to America on slave ships. The black man in America is the Seed Of Abraham. Black men in America were enslaved for 400 years by a fake god (White Jesus).Long story short:While living in Canaan, Jacob's ten oldest sons conspired to kill their seventeen-year-old brother Joseph, then relented from murder and sold him into slavery instead. As a result, Joseph ended up in Egypt (Genesis 37:27, 28). Because of his faith and unwavering devotion to God, Joseph was blessed in everything he did (Gen. 39:23), despite numerous "ups and downs." Eventually, at about the age of thirty, he rose to a position of prominence in Egypt second only to the Pharaoh himself (Gen. 41:39-41). This appointment was due in large part to the interpretation of a dream of Pharaoh's that God revealed to Joseph, which allowed for Egypt to make preparations against a severe famine which would last for seven years (Gen 41:15-37).When the famine struck, the residents of neighboring lands sought to purchase grain in Egypt (Gen 41:57), including Joseph's own brothers who had sold him into slavery some thirteen years before (Gen. 42:1-3).Ultimately, after revealing himself to them (and forgiving their previous wrong against him, as it was truly God's doing, and not their own - Gen. 45:8), Joseph urged his brothers to bring Jacob and all his household from Canaan to Egypt, specifically the land of Goshen (Gen. 45:9-11), where Joseph could provide for and watch over them all. Thus Jacob (Israel) and "all his descendants" came to dwell in Egypt (Gen. 46:6, 7). So Israel dwelt in the land of Egypt, in the country of Goshen; and they had possessions there and grew and multiplied exceedingly. (Genesis 47:27)After Joseph died (Gen. 50:26), "there arose a new king over Egypt, who did not know Joseph. And he said to his people, "Look, the people of the children of Israel are more and mightier than we; come, let us deal shrewdly with them, lest they multiply, and it happen, in the event of war, that they also join our enemies and fight against us, and so go up out of the land. Therefore they set taskmasters over them to afflict them with their burdens. And they built for Pharaoh supply cities, Pithom and Raamses." (Exodus 1:8-11).That's just a brief summary, as the story covers the last thirteen chapters of Genesis and the first chapter of Exodus; but essentially, that's how the descendants of Abraham and Jacob became enslaved to the Egyptians.[Quotes from NKJV]

No there is no record outside the Bible for the Hebrews to have been slaves in Egypt. If they were then it was in the New Kingdom about 1,000 years after the Giza pyramids were built.
From the time of the new kingdom (1550-330BC) temples, monuments and cities were more likely to be built by slaves than in earlier times. The slaves were usually prisoners of war. Most of these slaves if not all were naked.
