The first five people in the Bible were God, Adam, Eve, Cain, and Abel. If you are meaning just human people (which would then exclude God) then the list would include Seth.

The first four people in this answer are correct but the fifth person would be Enoch since he was Cain's first born.

The first five people mentioned in The Bible are Adam, Eve, Cain, Abel, and Seth. Adam and Eve were the first human beings created by God according to the Genesis creation narrative, and Cain, Abel, and Seth were their children.
