Generally a minister who holds focus and activity groups outside of church for the youth of the congregation.

It is generally done to create fun and safe activities outside of the standard church time for the younger crowd.

In addition they sometimes hold dicussion groups for any issues that may have come about and each youth member helps that person with the issue with the minister being more of a mediator.
