Qazi shureh was a "Qazi" he was appointed as a Qazi in the Khalafat of Hazrat Umer (RA), He was also working as a Qazi in Qufah in the period of yazid abne muaveya, he was gave the FATWAH at that time in the favour yazid was going to don "Na Oaz Billah" "the murder of Imam Hussain (AS) is Correct, "Khudah Is Par Lanat Kre".
