There is no proof that God does or does not exist.
Different religious people may have varying beliefs about God, ranging from a single divine being with absolute power to multiple gods representing different aspects of existence. Some may view God as a loving figure who guides and protects them, while others may see God as a force of nature or a cosmic energy that governs the universe. Ultimately, beliefs about God are deeply personal and often central to one's religious faith and practices.
Not all religious people hate Charles Darwin. Some religious individuals may disagree with his theory of evolution because they believe it contradicts their religious beliefs about the origins of life. However, many individuals are able to reconcile their religious beliefs with the scientific theory of evolution.
God is held by many different religions to be the creator of all things. But, as these Gods are all viewed differently by their respective religions, you would need to say which God you are thinking about... the Christian God, the Shinto God, the ancient Greek Gods, the Inca God.... and so on.
People who don't believe in God are called Atheists. People who are open to the concept of God but arent convinced by the arguments from religious schoclars are called Agnostics.
Religious experience is good evidence of religious belief. Theologians have sought unsuccessfully, for almost two thousand years, to find a proof of the existence of God. They continued looking because they did not see religious experience alone as the proof they needed.
Because there is no proof that there is a God.
Yes, I am quite sure the French have a God... many French people are Catholic. But not all French people are religious
Because everyone is different, some people are religious and some people are not, If you are not religious and preffer the belief of science and hard facts with proof then you will not believe in God or the Devil, it is freedom of choice!
People have been waiting for proof that God exists for at least two thousand years. Many have chosen to believe in the absence of any proof, but increasing numbers ask where the proof is. These people can be called realists. They know that just because others take the unthinking way of following the crowd it does not mean there is a God. They ask, Where is the proof?
* Lack of evidence. * High standard of proof. * Strong evidence that prayer has no greater effect than placebo. * Evidence that bad things happen to religious people just as often as to non-religious people. * Little reason to choose any particular god over the alternatives.
Many religious people: God Atheists: Man/societies
Many people believe he is real, many do not. At the end of the day, it comes down to religious belief.
For the people that are members of a religion their own religious writings are generally proof of their view of god. For members of other religions this proof falls short of the excellence of their own proof of god. For the atheists in the crowd proofs of god are generally based on fallacious arguments that would not be supported in any rigorous scientific test, and no rigorous scientific test to prove the existence of god does not accomplish that goal. For people ho don't care one way or the other about the existence of god, developing a proof is like wondering what the colour of the smell of coffee is ... a useless waste of time.
OpinionReligious belief leads one to have faith there is God and religious belief is the unquestioning acceptance of a religious dogma in the absence of proof. God requires faith. The essence of religious belief is faith.OpinionOn the other hand, there is no evidence that supports God is only a "belief." Religious belief leads one to have faith there is God, but belief in God can also lead one to seek religion. Religious fundamentalists may rely on dogma in the absence of proof when it comes to believing in God, but atheists also hold a BELIEF in the non-existence of God by employing no less dogma. Believing that God exists in the absence of direct observable evidence obviously requires faith. No one can say for sure what is the "essence" of religious faith when faith itself varies from person to person.
Yes, according to religious beliefs in Judaism, Jews are considered to be God's chosen people.
No, you do not. Many people in the world believe in and commune with God but do not follow any set religion nor religious doctrine.
According to some religious beliefs God created everything. See Genesis chapter 1. Many people believe this, many others disagree.
